First-Time Clients Only: From the “First-Time Client" section, please also book this complementary "15-Min. New Client History" session ahead of your first appointment. Booking it in the first available time-slot following is okay. Your online information will be reviewed at your session. The full session time is given for each session. Please allow for 30 minutes extra outside your main session time for your first appointment.
Especially New Clients: Your Confirmation eMail contains all you'll need-to-know about your session, building entry & parking.

PROTOCOL FOR ALL HEALTH CONCERNS
Your massage therapist has been fully vaccinated.
COVID BOOSTERS: Due to possible virus shedding, please schedule your appointment at least 3 days after receiving each injection.
Regardless of Vaccination Status: With regards to appointments at this studio, please apply your answers to the COVID questions and your isolation practices to ANY ILLNESS, in addition to COVID.
- Please stay home if within 3 days of your appointment you have been in contact with anyone that has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has Coronavirus-type symptoms.
- Please stay home if by the day of your appointment you are not completely well from any condition from which you could be infectious. Cancellation due to ANY illness has always been encouraged. Your session may be postponed after your arrival if it is determined that it is not CDC compliant to proceed, or you exhibit any symptoms of concern.
If you can not decide whether to schedule or keep an appointment due to how you feel, please postpone it for a few days to see how symptoms develop.

* STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel for personal reasons please give at least 24 hours notice. Grace may be given for the first missed session without notice; subsequent missed sessions may incur a charge for the value of the full session. 50% of the session's value may be charged for late cancellation. Grace is given in this pandemic situation.
